Once you purchase an eSIM, you will receive it immediately to your email address. You then just need to scan the QR code to activate the SIM. Note that no refunds can be made once you purchase your eSIM. See our refund policy for more information.
You don’t need to do anything to keep your WhatsApp number. You’ll automatically keep your number, contacts and conversations.
The GlobeSIM offers maximum speed coverage (3G). But bear in mind that in some areas of limited coverage there may be a lower speed connection.
Yes. To ensure that your eSIM gets the best coverage, you must turn on data roaming on your mobile settings. This will not incur any additional charges, as long as you have already set up the globeSim.

If you use all your data or run out of days, your eSIM card will no longer work and you will lose internet connection.
At the moment, you cannot renew the data on your eSIM. However, you can purchase another eSIM if you need more data.
Yes, with the eSIM you can share data between devices by generating a WiFi connection on your cell phone. Please consult your device instructions on how to generate a WiFi connection through a mobile hotspot.
After your purchase, we will send a QR code to your email. Either print the QR code or open it on your computer. On yor cell phone, go to Settings > Mobile Data > Add Data Plan and scan the QR code. Your phone will allow you to assign a specific name to this data plan. You will now be able to switch between your Holafly data plan and the original plan from your provider. The Holafly data plan will only be operational once you arrive at your destination. Once you land, turn on data roaming on your cell phone settings and activate the Holafly data plan. Consult your phone’s user manual for more details on adding a data plan. All eSIM products come with comprehensive set-up instructions.
Set up your eSIM before your departure. Once you reach your destination, just activate the data plan and turn on data roaming. We recommend you print the QR code and take it with you on your vacation just in case. Remember that you need internet access to activate the eSIM. Set up is quick and you will be able to enjoy your data plan right away.
You can check how much data you have by going to your device’s data settings. Our support team cannot tell you how much data you have remaining.
Your eSIM can only be activated on one device. If you delete the eSIM from your device, you will not be able to reuse it. You cannot scan the QR code on two devices, but you can share data between devices by setting up a hotspot on your cell phone.

The eSIM is a digital product. globeSim.co cannot check if you have used the data plan associated with the eSIM card. Therefore, once your eSIM is delivered, we cannot offer a refund. Please see our eSIM Refund Policy for more information.
